Loved the friendly owners and staff, they were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with breathtaking views of the mountains. The location was ideal for skiing, with a shuttle bus stop just a short walk from the hotel. Having the opportunity to buy ski passes at the hotel was super convenient and saved a lot of time.
The location was a bit out of town, which may be inconvenient for those who have difficulty walking or require more accessible accommodations. However, this was not an issue for us and the amenities and convenience offered more than made up for it.

We were there with bikes, and the hotel was ideal setup. There was a secure room for bikes so we could fettle at leisure and there was a track pump provided. Bormio is within range of 3 major climbs - Stelvio, Gavia, and Mortirolo, plus other minor valley routes. Hotel owner spoke english and was very helpful. Hotel provided excellent dinner with local wine, or you could visit any cafe in town about 10min walk away. Bormio is quiet during September, and weather around 20 deg C mostly - so great for us. I expect it would be much more busy in July/August.

Very helpful staff Excellent food - 5 course "mystery" meal for 20 euros (as we couldn't understand the menu) Would be a great base for a group of skiers in winter season
Looks like a sauna in the room with excessive wood panelling everywhere!

The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean and had great facilities, including a comfortable bed and good heating. The hotel's location was convenient for transportation and had beautiful views from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious.
Nothing to mention.

The room was spotlessly clean and had a comfortable bed and a big terrace with mountain views. Staff and owners were very friendly and welcoming, promptly bringing us extra pillows. the breakfast had good options, including gluten-free choices. the hotel had its own machine to purchase ski passes. the location was convenient, with a free shuttle bus to the slopes just a short walk away.
The hotel was slightly far from the town center, but the free shuttle bus and walking/cycling path along a stream made it manageable. it was a great stay with fantastic hosts and excellent amenities.
